Come and meet your local beat officer for Buxton Town Centre!

PC TODD, beat officer for Buxton Town Centre will be outside the entrance to Spring Gardens Shopping Centre tomorrow Tuesday 18th March between 4pm -6pm wanting to speak to the community about any issues that are affecting them as residents of Buxton.

He will be on hand to talk, primarily about any issues regarding Anti-social vehicles  in this location and how you are being affected by drivers driving dangerously or inconsiderately, specifically around the town centre.

The engagement is also to inform the public about the current Problem management plan which is in place to tackle anti-social vehicle use and inconsiderate racers within the Town centre.  The plan is in place due to the demand of incidents reported to the police from public & residents in and around the area.  You have told us that this is a problem, we will work with partners and police legislation to try to resolve it.

So please pop down for a chat and say hello between 4 -6pm tomorrow.
