Good evening,

Earlier tonight, around 17:30 I attended Brereton Park following reports that youths were lighting fires at the location. 

Thankfully the fire was out on my arrival and a passer-by had identified the males involved and provided me with their details. Both males have been spoken to and will be dealt with more formally in due course by ourselves and the Fire Service. 

If you see anyone setting fires anywhere in Rugeley or Brereton call 999 immediately and ask for the Fire Service, they will then notify ourselves.
