The Metropolitan Police on our Borough have asked Hillingdon Neighbourhood Watch to circulate the following alert regarding cannabis stickers.

The police have been alerted to cannabis stickers that have been placed on lamp-posts and other street furniture on our Borough.  These generally have an image of a cannabis leaf (see image) and below this will usually be a QR code (not shown for obvious reasons).

Action required please:

Any officer or PCSO who notices these stickers whilst on patrol will of course remove them - several have been removed today on Ickenham and South Harefield Ward by the local PCSO for example.

If a member of the public notices a sticker then it can be removed and disposed of appropriately.
