Do you have an E-Bike and if you do is it legal?

A lot of people are now purchasing E-Bikes as a means to get out and about but unfortunately Leicestershire Police are finding that the bikes are being modified to add a throttle and change it to go faster than it should.

Please see below and if you have an E-Bike please check is it legal?
