Just a quick note to let you know that I have given your mobile telephone number to Justine so you can be added to the BT ‘WhatsApp’ group. The group includes BT staff who have the technical advice on any query raised at events that hasn't been covered by the BT Training we all received. You can follow the threads of questions asked previously and answers received. You can also choose whether you want to exit or join as you like as well.

One question, if I may. We have an event this Friday at Windermere Library from 2 until 5 pm. Don't expect my to turn up but wondered if you would be available to help if I need another Volunteer. At present there are two people available but I just need to know I have a replacement if necessary.

I will also forward you a script I have prepared for use at the events and includes everything you need to know and can use to inform customers.
