A man has died in hospital following a collision involving a car and two pedestrians in Treylon Avenue.

Police were called at 7.45pm on Tuesday 30 April to a report of an incident involving a grey BMW 1 series and two pedestrians.

Both pedestrians, a man and a woman, were taken to hospital with serious injuries. Sadly, the man passed away in Derriford Hospital on Tuesday 7 May. The woman remains in hospital with life-changing injuries.

The driver of the car, a 45-year-old man, was arrested at the time of the collision on suspicion of causing serious injury by driving without due care and attention. He is currently on police bail.
