Faith security awareness e-learning training is now available

The Home Office have launched a Faith Security Training e-learning pilot to help faith communities.

The course is designed for you and your faith-community and will give you the skills to improve safety in your places of worship.

The course is made up of 5 modules, including:

  • Security in your community
  • What to do to improve security now
  • What to do if something happens
  • A fun and interactive scenario quiz
  • Who is in charge of safety in your place of worship
  •

If you take part in the e-learning pilot, your feedback will be important in improving e-learning for the future.

To start the e-learning, please go to Faith Security Training | ProtectUK. Taking part will improve your security awareness and create a safer environment for you and your community.

If you would prefer to attend virtual training sessions, spaces are still available. The virtual sessions, lasting approximately 3-hours and hosted on MS Teams, will cover the same material as the e-learning, and participants will be helped by expert teachers in an interactive and engaging way. If you are interested in trying this out, please complete the expression of interest form here, *

If you know anyone else who would benefit from this e-learning please feel free to send them this information.

    * Please note that the data you provide during registration will be collected by the Home Office delivery partner, CDS. The information CDS collects from you is for the internal use of the CDS delivery team only and will not be shared with third parties.
