The Pegasus card is our scheme to assist those with communication difficulties who may need extra help, support and understanding when communicating with us.

It’s free to register and is there to provide extra support to Disabled people, people who are Deaf or hard of hearing and those with a long term health condition.

You will be issued with a card which will help us to make sure you receive the right support for your needs.
