Police are investigating criminal damage incident reported to us from TRANBY AVENUE in YORK.

It is alleged that between 1800hrs 10/04/2024 and 1200hrs 11/04/2024, unknown offender(s) have damaged the victim's car, a silver HONDA CIVIC, with an unknown implement, causing a scratch along the length of the nearside of the vehicle.

Victim will say that someone has left a handwritten note and a printed notice behind his screen wiper expressing their dissatisfaction with victim’s parking on a road.

We are asking all residents in the area to review their CCTV / doorbell cameras and to share all relevant information’s with our local officers who will patrol the area.
