Appeal for witnesses to criminal damage


We are appealing for witnesses to an incident of criminal damage in Newbury.

The incident occurred on Wednesday (1/5) on Leonardslee Crescent, when a catapult was used to shoot a ball baring through the window of a property.

Investigating officer PC Jordan Savage, based at Newbury police station, said: “I am appealing to anybody who was in the area and believe they may have witnessed this incident to please get in touch with Thames Valley Police.

“I would also like to like to appeal to anyone who has any dash-cam, CCTV or camera footage of the incident, to please check this and contact us if it has captured anything that could assist this investigation.
