Schools and Markeaton Mini Police

It's been back to school today for most of our officers, beginning with patrols by PCSO Raven at Walter Evans Primary school first thing this morning, speaking to some of the Year 6 students.
Please remember to park legally and considerately when dropping off children at school, this is a busy time of the day with lots pf pedestrians and vehicles and we want everyone to arrive at their destination safely.

PCSOs Leverington and Nugent visited the LGBTQ group at Allestree Woodlands School and PCSO Raven was back at Markeaton Mini Police along with a special guest from @DerbyshireRPU to speak to the children about the job role, vehicle and specialist equipment used.

A busy day for all, say hello if you see any of our officers on shift this evening, and remember to call 101 non-emergency or 999 for emergencies.
