Good Afternoon, 

Yesterday I sent a message to make residents aware there had been an attempt Burglary on Bright Street, it was in fact on Bridge Street. I would love to blame auto correct but I dont think I can in this case. Fortunately one of the residents has pointed it out to me, thank you! 

There has been an attempted Burglary at a property on Bridge Street, Padiham, between 1700hrs 25/04/24 and 0900hrs 26/04/24.

Fortunately, we believe the suspects were disturbed and didn't gain entry, although efforts were made to enter the property through a first floor window, via the kitchen roof. Please bear this in mind as the warmer months (hopefully) approach and 1st floor windows are left open for fresh air.
