As the weather is improving we will start to see a bigger increase in ASB over the next few weeks.

However, Derbyshire Police and Chesterfield Borough Council (CBC) have been working together to tackle this in the Chesterfield area. Staveley SNT have been working very closely with teams in the CBC to make sure that Staveley and the wider area is being focused on as much as Chesterfield Town Centre.

With new CCTV in place by the council in all the hot spot areas around Staveley, Inkersall and Poolsbrook, we are already seeing a decrease in ASB, this joint with High Vis Foot patrols by the local SNT and CBC enforcement officers, working with local schools and using our referral services ASB is becoming easier to tackle.

We are continuing this joint work and working to link in with Residents in the area to discuss any further issues that we can assist with to disrupt the ASB.

If you have any issues please contact the police through 101 or anonymously through Crime Stoppers website.
