Dear Resident

I sent a message last night for the Galleria hub being opened this Saturday. Unfortunately it just opened with your surnames as I believed it would use your title as well i.e. Mr, Mrs, Miss etc. I would like to offer my apologies being a 61 year old computer illiterate  person I hope not to repeat that mistake again. As with any new system it takes a while to bed in.
