A parked car was left unlocked overnight and was entered during which time a new Jack Wolf skin Glaabach 3 in 1, coat, navy in colour, medium in size and with tags still attached, was taken with another new ladies coat, a ‘White Stuff’ reversible Mariella wool blend , navy inside, Tweed outside and again with tags still attached. Also taken were two ‘Tom Tom’ sat navs.

Youths knocked on the resident’s door than ran away, but an hour later were back again giving the same door a good hard kick.  A ‘dare’ on an internet kid’s social media platform is a possibility for the motive.

Harts Gardens
A resident has captured ‘Ring’ doorbell footage of a male trying her parked car’s door handle. In further captured footage by her neighbour the same male is tying is trying the neighbour’s car’s door handle. Then later the same male can be seen walking away with items under his arm where it seems he had been more successful further along the road.

A male was caught on camera trying the door handles of two parked cars on the drive. The first was locked but the second wasn’t, so he got in and sat in the driver’s seat but is not thought to have taken anything.

A resident was moving his Bosch ‘Rotak’ 34 R rotary mower from the rear garden to the front of the property so that he could return it to the garage. Whilst he went round to open the garage door from the inside and a passer-by just took it!

Burglar(s) have used a jemmy to try and break into a property that was ‘Secured by Design’ and fitted with ‘Pas 24’ doors and windows. Although they did some damage, access to the property was not gained.

A white Yamaha ‘Enduro’ 250cc moto cross bike with Red Bull graphic decals on the forks has been stolen from a garage by 3 males who had used bolt cutters to cut the chain and padlock securing the front yard’s 5 bar gate.

West Flexford Lane(private road)  & Flexford Road(public)

 A local resident has submitted the following report online. A group of 5-6 ‘off road’ motorbikes regularly drive at high speed along the public roads, as above. The bikes don’t have number plates front or back and behave in a very dangerous manor riding 3 abreast.  These 2 roads are very well used by dog walkers, children, cyclists and horses. It will be only a matter of time before one of them is hit. The motorbikes are excessively noisy and are clearly driven off road near here as they are covered in mud. This is happening regularly at weekends.
