Men charged in connection with thefts from vehicle in Derby


Two men have been charged in connection with thefts from vehicles in Derby.

Darren Doyle, of St Swithins Close, and James Doyle, of Inverary Close, were each charged with seven counts of theft from a motor vehicle, two counts of handling stolen goods, and one count of attempted theft from a motor vehicle.

The charges relate to incidents across the city which happened between 8 April and 18 April.

The pair, age 29 and 35 respectively, were arrested on 18 April and subsequently charged and remanded to appear at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates Court this morning (20 April).
