Another busy day!

Today our PCSO’s have had a busy shift. They have patrolled around our local hotspot areas and attended multiple engagements.

PCSO Sneap and PCSO Hickman attended a community engagement at The Council House Café along with Community Education Engagement Coordinators and engaged with members of the public. They offered advice on neighbourhood disputes and listened to a member of the publics story about homelessness and how it had affected them.

It was a very productive event, and it was great to engage with everyone!

Today PCSO's Hunt, Kenny, and Blackmore, as well as Ranger Ian, attended a Cuppa with a Copper at Cafe Central. They engaged with multiple members of the public surrounding crime prevention and any concerns or issues they had. They also signed up members to Derbyshire Alert.

PCSO Blackmore and Saxton attended a meeting with the Cavendish Court Neighbourhood Watch Co-ordinator to maintain and build our relationship with Neighbourhood Watches and speak about issues in the area and how we plan on tackling those concerns.

Later on, PCSO’s Sneap, Hickman and Blackmore attended an engagement at Jumpin Fun and engaged with many young people. We took along our force mascot, Bobby the Beat Dog and everyone loved taking photos and putting on our spare uniform 😊

It was an amazing engagement, and we will be looking at booking in some more in the near future.
