Dear Coordinators,

I am looking at issues on the Ourwatch National NW database and in particular, those schemes showing only one member. It is likely that you may have your own lists of scheme members, but to fully comply with current legislation, it is advisable and also recommended that you get your members to register on the system. 

They can easily do this by going to www.ourwatch.org.uk/join remembering that following their sign up, they must reply to the email which will be sent, so as to verify two way communication. Also it is helpful if they enter mobile phone details so that contact can be made in the event of an ongoing email issue. 

A big bonus for you as coordinator is that you will then have an easy way to contact your members, and they will automatically get Alert messages which saves you having to forward those that you receive.
