Nuisance riders of motorcycles

Dear Resident,

On the Sunday just gone, your local officers worked alongside the rural task force, the special constabulary and Medway council tackling the anti-social behaviour and danger to others that some riders of off road and quad bikes are causing locally. From speaking with residents previously, we understand the effect their behaviour is having on our green spaces and elsewhere on the roads.

Several riders were given warnings and a bike was seized. We have also obtained some useful information of the addresses of further riders so this is being followed up on.

This operation will continue and become a regular occurrence going forward, in addition to us attending calls as they come in wherever possible.

If you have any information on riders in your area, please do get in touch so we can visit them also.

Kind regards

PC Goble
