Local Policing Priorities

Please see your policing priorities for the Eyres Monsell beat. These were set on April 1st and will be a main focus for the local beat team for the next three months where they will be reviewed.

ASB – You have told us young people are displaying anti-social behaviour across the estate. Locations vary from shops to bus stops, open spaces and in the street. With the evenings being lighter for longer we will continue to try and identify those involved and take appropriate action.

Drugs – You have told us there are concerns around drugs - taking, dealing, cuckooing and locations targeted with drug related damage. We have been, and will continue to work to disrupt and tackle those who take drugs and are involved in drug related activity. Officers will continue to build intelligence and carry out patrols. If you suspect someone is involved in such crime, please report this either to police or Crimestoppers.

Road safety – Now the evenings are lighter the issues with off-road bikes, mini mopeds and quadbikes are expected to rise. A patrol plan has been put in place to try and tackle the issues and we would urge you to contact us if your area is affected.
