Dear Culverhay resident.

As part of regular auditing of the data on the UK-wide NeighbourhoodAlert system, we have noticed that Culverhay no longer has a Watch co-ordinator. This is probably because that person has moved away or stepped down.
Under the rules of Neighbourhood Watch there must be someone registered as running a Watch. Therefore your Watch will be removed from the system if there is no one to step up to be the new co-ordinator. Those who are currently members of the Watch will remain registered as individuals on the system and will still receive the emails, but there will be no Watch for your road.

If someone wishes to put themselves forward as co-ordinator please contact me directly on Surreychair@wanw.org.uk. I will run through the responsibilities of that role, which are light and far from onerous, and the benefits.

I will delete the Watch in 2 weeks time if there is no one to take over.
