Educational / school group members

Dear Resident,

I am sending you this message as the manager of this platform for Kent Police.

When you initially signed up to the system, you placed yourself into one of the following ‘Education’ Groups:

University - student / employed

School - student / employed

Secondary school - parents

The idea of being in a group is to receive targeted messaging. A majority of the messaging you will receive though is from your local officer via your post code.

I know there has been no directly targeted messages to the educational groups but this will be changing in the future as I continue to train my colleagues to do this.

After reviewing the system, I have found the group titles to be inadequate and will be changing them to:

Primary School Parents and Employees

Primary School Local Residents

Secondary School Students

Secondary School Parents and Employees

Secondary School Local Residents

University

Secondary school parents and university, you will stay in the same groups.

School - student / employed, you will be changed to Secondary school parents and employees.

Can you please check that you are in the correct groups and / or sign up to any new ones if applicable.

Please use the share button below to share directly into other social media platforms and with friends, family and colleagues who would benefit from receiving updates from Kent Police not only for these groups but for all of the crime prevention advice, news and other information that is also shared on this platform.

many thanks, Ben
