Today's Patrols

Good Afternoon,

Today the sun was out and shining apart from the odd rain spell.

PCSO NORTHOVER-BREWER and PCSO BARTOS has been at St Werburgh's School today talking to Foundation, Year 1, 2, 3 and 4's all about Road Safety. They participated in a powerpoint presentation first and then they set up a mini road practical outside in the playground testing on their knowledge that they learnt in the classroom. Pleased to say all the children remembered the information and it was so nice to hear all the questions they had about Road Safety.  Whilst they were still in Spondon they attended and dealt with a couple of incidents.

PCSO POTTER and PCSO SHAW have been to Meadow Farm Primary during their lunch break to speak to the Children. They then attending a number of addresses to offer Crime Prevention Advice. After that, they hosted a Cuppa with a Copper event at Morrisons Cafe. To finish the end of the shift they attended Derby Racecourse to collect some CCTV as part of ongoing enquiries.
