#PRIORITIES | Youth Related Anti Social Behaviour (ASB)

Long Eaton SNT PCSO's were out on Patrol in ASB hot spot areas last week in Long Eaton Town Centre and other areas across Erewash, they also responded to various calls to service for youth related anti-social behaviour which was causing alarm and distress to victims.

In total 12 of the worst offenders were found and identified over the course of the week, these have all now been given ASB warning letters in collaboration with the @erewashbc Community Safety Partnership.

These letters are a vital first step to try to resolve issues relating to new youth offenders in an attempt to prevent further offending.

If this warning letter is breached and the anti-social behaviour continues, then this can become an Acceptable Behaviour Contract (ABC). An Acceptable Behaviour Contract stays with that person for 6 months, and if it is breached, that young person can then be referred to Youth Offending Services.
