BBQ safety

With the nicer (?) weather approaching, please take care if you are having any type of Barbeque. The coals stay hot for a very long time. Best practice is to leave them for at least 24 hours to fully burn and cool, or completely dowse with water before discarding them in the bin. The coals can appear to be cool on the outside but may still be hot enough on the inside to ignite any combustible materials in a bin, including the bin itself. Otherwise enjoy.
