Please can people be mindful of where they park, often people park on the footpath to make the road more accessible for road users but this in turn can make the footpath inaccessible for wheelchair users. 

In a recent case this has caused a gentleman unable to get out of his street when he has just had his home adapted for his wheelchair after being housebound for two years.  I’m sure most people will be unaware of what they have done but please be mindful of where you park.
