Fort Road

The lady victim was taking an early night and had switched off all the property’s lights, so now the property was in darkness. The lady was later disturbed by the sounds of footsteps on the roof ground floor extension. She then went to the upstairs bathroom window which overlooks the roof only to be confronted by two hooded males trying to jemmy the window open.  This did spook the two males into making a quick exit. This property did have CCTV/Ring door bell, but it wasn’t working. The lady has since been advised to review her security arrangements.

A BTwin Rockrider mountain bike has been stolen from a shed. The owner said it was secured and locked  with a D-ring. This lock was later found 50 yards down the road.

A male dressed in a dark tracksuit and hoodie was caught on camera trying the door handles of a parked van. The male was last seen heading to Tichbourne Way.

Guildford Park Avenue

A male makes an entrance to the property (possibly student accommodation?) through, in what is thought to have been, an unlocked back door. The unknown male then makes an entrance through to a downstairs bedroom,  whereupon the male produces a knife and makes demands to the lone female in the room to be given drugs. The female just screams for her room mates elsewhere in the property. The male then just leaves the property. The female described the male as a young white guy, 5’ 8” wearing a black puffer jacket with hood and balaclava.

A rear patio door was smashed and burglar(s) made the usual untidy search for jewellery and cash in the master bedroom. Many valuable items of jewellery were found and taken including a diamond ring and an emerald/diamond ring worth in excess of £10,000.
