On 27/03/24 at approx 01:00hrs a person has been captured on CCTV trying car door handles on Blackthorn Close, Staynor Hall, Selby. Police are investigating this matter and I would ask that if anyone has any CCTV or doorbell footage of anyone attempting to gain entry into theirs or anyone else's vehicle, please can footage be sent to snaselby@northyorkshire.police.uk, quoting incident number 12240053649 - this is the direct email address for the local Selby Neighbourhood Policing Team.
