20/05/2026 – 24/05/2026 Hello everyone,
This is a brief message from St Michael’s Team 1 to let you know some of the things we have been doing in your area this week.
St Michael's Officers have continued to be patrolling Lady Herbert's Gardens and Coventry Transport Museum both covertly and overtly with various departments within West Midlands Police. This has led to numerous Arrests, Stop Searches and Civil Interventions issued. This is all in effort to keep the community safe.
St Michael's Officers have been performing several patrols and tasks surrounding Operation SCEPTRE within the City Centre.
St Michael's Officers have charged and remanded an offender committing offences within Coventry City Centre this week resulting in a recall to prison being ordered.
St Michael's Officers have been patrolling NCP Car Park, Belgrade Plaza due to the recent rise in ASB since NCP went into administration and advising patrons on vehicle safety whilst parking within.

Please note that due to the nature of our role as officers, sometimes situations occur that are beyond our control, therefore, if we are not at an advertised event, it is because we were called to an emergency that sometimes does not give us time to contact WM Now and such like to cancel an event.
Burglary prevention;
With the warmer weather, we're all tempted to leave windows open during evenings or whilst popping out for half an hour. Leaving windows and doors open makes it easier for burglars to enter your property. Please follow our Burglary prevention advice on the link below to prevent yourself from becoming a victim;
