To help protect your deliveries, please take a moment to follow the guidance below: 💡 Tips to Keep Your Parcels Safe 1. Arrange deliveries for when someone is home If possible, choose a delivery time when you or a neighbour can receive the parcel directly. 2. Use a secure delivery location Most couriers allow you to nominate: A trusted neighbourA local collection point or locker, rather than secluded areas which could be targeted by thieves.3. Track your parcels Use courier tracking apps or notifications so you know exactly when a delivery is due. 4. Avoid leaving parcels in communal entrances Items left in shared hallways or near mailboxes are vulnerable to theft. Request hand-to-hand delivery wherever possible. 5. Install a video doorbell or camera Visible cameras can deter opportunistic thieves and help identify suspects if a theft occurs. 6. Request “signature required” Where available, select delivery options that require a signature to ensure the parcel is not left unattended. 7.
