CBO granted against prolific beggar |
||
|
Good evening,
On 14/11/2025 at Willesden Magistrates Court, Faisal IBRAHIM of Audley Road, Hendon, NW4 was issued with a five year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) which prohibits him from approaching persons unknown to ask for money, food or goods/material in the Borough of Barnet.
Hendon DWO and officer in the case, PC Mark Fennessy said, “Faisal is a complete and utter menace who has put many people in fear as a result of his prolific and aggressive begging and this CBO should make our local community feel safer for everyone”.
Breach of a CBO is a criminal offence and can result in a prison sentence of up to five years.
I'd like to thank all those who provided statements in support of this CBO and encourage you all to report any breaches you may witness to us.
Many thanks,
