Re Organisation Of Schemes

Some of you may have had notification that you have joined various New schemes. This is a reorganisation of the existing ones.

When we first started the new Alert system, larger schemes/watches were set up to allow residents to join at least one scheme. As numbers have increased we are now able to break down the larger ones into more targeted areas like Roads/street etc.

The benefits of this are, we can easily target messages or request of information to specific areas rather than general messages across the whole ward. This stops residents receiving unnecessary Mail.

A good portion of the new schemes do not have coordinators ( Point of Contact) should you feel you can contribute and would like to help out in one of these roles please get in touch.
