Good Afternoon Resident, we were proactively patrolling across Hyndburn yesterday evening (Thursday 13 November), when we located a suspicious vehicle on Perth Street in Accrington.
A 51-year-old male was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs and was reported for summons for several vehicle defects and driving without wearing his seatbelt.
We hope this reassures you that we do listen, and we do act on information given to us.
