Is someone you know registered for MetEngage but aren’t receiving community messages or enjoying the full benefits? If so, it might be one of two things:

1️⃣ Your account isn’t activated – When you registered, you should have received an activation email.
2️⃣ Your email isn’t recognised – It may have been entered incorrectly during sign-up.

What to do:
✔ Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the activation email and follow the steps.
✔ If you can’t find it, simply re-register with the correct email address.
