Another e-scooter has been seized as part of Op Pedalfast tonight. This one was seen on High Street, Measham- it was after dark and the scooter had no lights on and two young males dressed in dark clothing riding it. The scooter also ran a red light on a busy cross roads. Whilst some may see them as a bit of fun, they can be incredibly dangerous to pedestrians and road users and are not insured for use on the road. The scooter was located on Wigeon drive with it's rider and was seized under Section 165 of the Road Traffic Act.
