Recovered Vehicle

On Sunday 26th October Neighbourhood officers PC Woods, PC Walsh & PCSO Fox noticed a grey Vauxhall Insignia driving along Walmersley Road, Bury. Officers suspected that the vehicle was being driven without insurance and it was swiftly stopped on Parkinson Street.

Upon speaking with the driver of the vehicle officers soon discovered that their suspicions were indeed correct, and the vehicle was not showing any insurance. Also due to a strong smell of cannabis emanating from within the vehicle the driver was subsequently tested at the roadside and provided a positive indication for cannabis.
