Fortis Green Safer Neighbourhood Team Update

Yesterday, 31st October, the Fortis Green Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) visited an estate within the ward to discuss ways to enhance security and reduce anti-social behaviour and vehicle crime. In attendance were the estate’s Neighbourhood Manager and a tenant representative.

Following the meeting, officers carried out a patrol of the Coldfall Estate and surrounding roads for the remainder of the shift. During this time, they engaged with residents and members of the public, listening to local concerns and offering advice on crime prevention.

A key focus of our engagement was encouraging residents to join and use the Met-Engage platform. This service enables direct communication between local residents and the ward team, helping us stay informed about any ongoing issues or developing concerns in the community.

By working together and sharing information, we can provide a more effective and community-focused policing response.
