I'm writing as there is a miss-match between the contact details you suppled and our Alert database address finder. This can result in you receiving many more Alerts  or other spurious messages than you would be expecting, even possibly from different counties. 

This can happen when, on setting up the account, the address is not selected from the drop down box after a post code search and therefore is not matched to the Address Base.

Please would you kindly update your contact details in your account at //ourwatch.co.uk to include your street name and street number.

It is easy to create an account if you don't already have one, again by going to //ourwatch.co.uk  you'll find the sign up on the home page.
