Dear Residents, Due to recent ASB incidents on Hammersmith and Fulham borough, and with Halloween this weekend it is expected to see a noticeable rise in ASB across the borough. This period often brings increased footfall, social gatherings, and heightened public activity, which can contribute to disorder. I have made the decision to implement a Section 35 dispersal order across the entire borough based on the breadth and scale of anti-social behaviour and crime identified through recent data analysis. The intelligence indicates that the issues are not confined to a single location but are widespread, affecting multiple areas and shifting dynamically across the borough. This will allow a more effective and responsive deployment of resources, supports community reassurance, and enables proactive disruption of individuals causing ASB. I have authorised a Section 35 Dispersal Order under the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014. This will run from 14:00 on Friday 31st October 2025 until 0500 on Sunday 2nd Nov 2025. This covers all 21 wards in Hammersmith and Fulham Borough. This authorisation gives my officers the power to direct individuals engaging in anti-social behaviour to leave the area and not return during this period. The decision meets the legal criteria and is designed to prevent further anti-social behaviour and keep our community safe. You will see an increased policing presence in the area throughout the weekend, both to reassure the community and to deal swiftly with any issues. I encourage you to continue to report any concerns or incidents to us via 101 (or 999 in an emergency) so police can respond accordingly. Your information helps us take action and keep Fulham safe for everyone. Thank you for your continued support and for raising your concerns with us. Working together, we can tackle this behaviour and ensure our community remains a safe and welcoming place. With best regards, Inspector Clive Hayes
