Dear Resident. What happened? Between 2.50am & 3.10am on the 30th of October 2025 unknown offenders , dressed in dark clothing approached a property in Lindridge road, Sutton Coldfield, they snapped the front door lock to gain entry. They they took the keys to an Audi motor vehicle , the vehicle was stolen and the offenders made good their escape. What are we doing? Officers attended , and have conducted house to house and CCTV enquires. The damaged lock will be examined for any forensic opportunities. The stolen vehicle was found, and will also be examined for forensic opportunities. What can you do? Always ensure your property is secure. We recommend the fitting of anti snap locks.
