Burglary reported in Grosvenor Rd .

Dear Resident.

What has happened?

Between 2am and 7am on the 26th of October a burglary occurred in Grosvenor Road, Sutton Coldfield.

Unknown offenders gained entry by using unknown equipment and spray on a rear door of the property.

Once inside they took the keys to a camper van, and also stole a mountain , and an electric bike.

What did we do?

Officers conducted enquires, checking for possible CCTV. 

A forensic examination was also conducted.

What can you do?

Please ensure all access points to your property are secure. 

Check that rear gates are secure and locked, also ensure fencing is in good order.

If an alarm is fitted set it when going out, alarms can be part set to cover various rooms overnight.

As we are now into the shorter days use a timer to switch on lights when you are out after dark.
