We know their are many Bonfire & firework displays taking place over the weekend we want everyone to have an enjoyable bonfire night but we also want people to stay safe your Rugby Rural North Safer Neighbourhood Team would like to offer some advice on how to enjoy Bonfire Night Safely and legally.
