You Said, We did - ASBBILINGUAL MESSAGE / NEGES DWYIEITHOG Hello Resident
Thank you for responding to our survey.
We are working hard to tackle anti-social behaviour (ASB) in Baglan park and community centre
Following reports of ASB within these areas we have conducted patrols where youths have been spoken to and educated on the concerns of anti social behaviour within the area, local council made aware due to the litter issues and schools officer made aware for in school talks about behaviour outside of school.
We will carry out further patrols in this area and encourage people to report any further issues via the 101 number or on our online reporting tool via the South Wales Police website
Thank you for your help. It is only by the police and the public working together that we can prevent and detect crime.
Anti-social behaviour covers a wide range of unacceptable activity that causes harm to an individual, to their community or to their environment. This could be an action by someone else that leaves you feeling alarmed, harassed, or distressed. It also includes fear of crime or concern for public safety, public disorder, or public nuisance.
If you are experiencing problems with anti-social behaviour, or have any concerns about it, or other community safety issues, you should contact your local council or report this to us online. In an emergency, if you or your property are at risk, or a crime is in progress call 999. Do you need to speak to the police but don’t require an emergency response? You can make an online report via our website https://www.south-wales.police.uk, send us a private message via Live Chat, or call 101. In an emergency always dial 999.
