Incident in Thornton Avenue 30/10/2025

“On the afternoon of 30/10/2025, police received a report stating that a man was carrying a firearm in Thornton Avenue, Hillingdon.

“Two men were detained by firearms officers while urgent enquiries were carried out. 

“No firearms were found, and the two men were released.

“The incident was quickly stood down with no offences disclosed.”
