We are appealing for any witnesses for a burglary that occurred in the Raikes area of Skipton last night (18/19 July 2025).  

We have also received reports of door handles being tried at other properties around 0200hrs 19/07/2025.  

We have also received a report of a bike being stolen around 0300hrs on the Gargrave road area.

Did you see anything suspicious? Do you have any CCTV or video door cameras that may assist in our investigation.

This is reminder to make sure all doors and windows are locked, make sure all garden sheds are also locked.
