Adverse weather conditions

Good afternoon Resident,

I am writing to inform you that due to the weather conditions today, there is heavier than usual traffic across St Albans District. Many roads are flooded with traffic moving slower than usual. 

Please only drive if your journey is necessary. We see an increase of Road-related incidents (collisions and careless driving) in these conditions, so please be careful.
