Crime Alert - Criminal Damage

Humberside Police are investigating a report of a Criminal Damage at an address on Axholme Road.

The incident occurred between 0300 and 0400 on 05/06/25. The offender(s) approached the address and have thrown a brick through the window causing it to smash fully through.

If you have any CCTV footage (including video doorbell), saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area around this time or have any information about the offenders please contact the police on the non-emergency number 101 quoting occurrence ref: 25000076656.

Alternatively you could call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111. You don’t have to leave your name and you may even receive a reward.

If you have been a victim of criminal damage, please follow the below prevention advice -

Contact the Police as soon as possible on 101, or on 999 if the incident is on-going.

Consider reviewing the general security of your property, including CCTV and lighting.

Increase the surveillance around the front of your property by restricting any boundary wall/fence to a maximum of 1m in height.

Consider defensive planting by planting spikey plants or bushes.

Keep the area around your property free from rubbish and debris as best you can.

Secure any items on your property such as wheelie bins, that could be used to cause damage.
