Criminal Behaviour Order Granted

Tom Cole, age 25 from Pershore has been issued a criminal behaviour order by Worcester Magistrates Court.

Tom Cole is a prolific shop lifter in Pershore and has behaved anti socially, disorderly and at times in a threatening manner towards shop staff and members of the public.

The CBO is granted for 2 years and states that Tom Cole must not:

1) Enter Tesco, High St, Pershore

2) Enter Asda, King George’s Way, Pershore

3) Enter The Factory Shop, Pershore

4) Make contact or communicate with a named individual (victim who is a member of shop staff) in any way, either directly or indirectly.

5) Refuse to leave a premises, or area forming part of a premises, when asked by someone who has authority to do so.

Pershore SNT have worked hard with other police colleagues to get this CBO in place. We hope it sends a message that we are taking positive action against prolific shop lifters and are working hard to make Pershore a safer place.
