There will be a Pro-Palestinian Protest on Tuesday 30th April 2024 on Lynn Lane near the entrance to the Birchbrook industrial estate. The notified time is from 11:00 to 13:00, however, on previous occasions, protesters have begun arriving at the location much earlier.

At this stage, it is not known how many will be attending.  In the event of a short road closure on Lynn Lane due to concerns for public safety, drivers are advised to access the Birch Brook industrial estate or Oakhurst Court via Ashcroft Lane.  Shenstone could be accessed via Footherley Road from the Stonnall end of Lynn Lane.  Should there be a need to partially close or completely close Lynn Lane, a Smart Alert will be sent out to this effect.   Thank you.
