Please be aware that an attempted burglary has occurred within Irwell Ward on 21/04/24, a house was targeted and fortunately the offenders were unable to break in.

Please be aware and make sure that you lock your doors and windows, if you have an alarm system make sure it is set and don't leave valuables on display. 

If you see anyone acting in a suspicious manner please ring and report.
